Refund Policy

1. Scope & Service Nature

Nafeesa Ali | Digital Growth Studio is a boutique digital engineering consultancy specializing in custom conversion websites, sub-second performance builds, technical SEO, and 24/7 AI WhatsApp lead routing engines.

Unlike mass-market off-the-shelf software or commodity templates, each engagement involves dedicated founder-level architecture, custom frontend engineering, and reserved production bandwidth allocated exclusively to your business.

2. Initial Deposits & Bandwidth Allocation

To guarantee our sub-2s performance benchmarks and deliver high-touch communication, we accept a strictly limited number of new client sprints each month.

When you book a project, an initial 50% deposit locks in your slot on our development calendar. Paying this deposit commits senior engineering hours and reserves your completion date.

3. Pre-Kickoff Cancellations

If your circumstances change before discovery and architecture work begin:

• Notice within 48 hours of payment (prior to kickoff): You are eligible for a 100% full refund of your deposit, minus standard third-party merchant processing fees.
• Notice after 48 hours but before kickoff: You may reschedule your project sprint start date to any available future slot within 90 days at zero penalty. If you choose to cancel entirely, 50% of the deposit is refunded to offset the reserved vacancy.

4. Active Sprint Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

Because custom digital engineering is an iterative process, we eliminate risk through our transparent milestone approval system:

• Milestone Checkpoints: Phase 1 (Discovery & Wireframes) → Phase 2 (High-Fidelity UI Build) → Phase 3 (AI Chatbot & Automations) → Phase 4 (QA, Staging Sign-Off & Launch).
• Built-In Feedback Cycles: Structured review periods allow you to test interactive wireframes, review conversion copy, and inspect responsive layouts before sign-off.
• No Staging Advances Without Approval: No milestone advances without your explicit written review and sign-off.

5. Mid-Sprint Terminations & Pro-Rata Settlement

If unforeseen business conditions arise and you must terminate an active engagement midway:

• Please submit written notice via email to hello@nafeesaali.com or via WhatsApp.
• Work completed up to the date of notice will be calculated pro-rata according to completed milestones.
• Any unused portion of prepaid milestone fees will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
• All completed deliverables (wireframes, Figma designs, clean source code, copy assets) produced up to that date will be packaged and transferred to you in full.

6. Completed Deliverables & Asset Handover

Once final deliverables have been approved, deployed to your production domain, or handed over (including DNS propagation, code repositories, and documentation), no refunds can be issued for that completed project sprint.

Upon final handover, 100% full intellectual property rights, code ownership, and domain controls belong entirely to you.

7. Chargebacks & Direct Dispute Protocol

We pride ourselves on direct, transparent communication and long-term client relationships. If you ever have a concern regarding your deliverables or invoice, please contact Nafeesa Ali directly before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

We investigate all inquiries immediately and will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues amicably.

8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation, reschedule, or refund inquiry under the conditions detailed above, please submit a written notice containing:

1. Your full name and company name
2. Invoice reference number or project contract date
3. The specific package booked (Starter Launch, Growth & Conversion, Scale Ecosystem)
4. The reason for your cancellation or reschedule request

We acknowledge all requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
